The kit consists of 8 corn tortillas, Enchilada Spice Mix and tomato sauce. Enchiladas are corn tortillas filled with chicken or minced meat and topped with a flavourful tomato sauce and grated cheese.
Ingredients
Soft corn and wheat tortillas (52%): corn flour (36%), wheat flour (29%), water, stabiliser (glycerol), wheat gluten, vegetable oil (rapeseed, sunflower), dextrose, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid). Tomato sauce (45%): water, tomato paste (38.7%), acidity regulator (citric acid). Spice mix (3%): wheat flour, spices (24.9%) (chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, black pepper), salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cane sugar, anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), spice extract (paprika), oregano. Tortillas: packaged in a protective atmosphere.
