Tørsleffs condensed milk is milk reduced by 50% with added sugar, and is an important ingredient in many baked goods, well suited for caramel pudding, ice cream and more. Yeast baking made with condensed milk stays moist longer, biscuits stay crisper, and doughnuts turn out less greasy.
