Kikkoman Ramen Soup Base is a soy sauce-based liquid seasoning for building ramen broth, flavoured with spices and seaweed powder. Supplied in 6x250ml bottles.
Ingredients
Water, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt) (33%), salt, glucose syrup, sunflower oil, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-ribonucleotides), hydrolysed soy protein, ethyl alcohol, spices, modified starch, thickener (xanthan gum), natural flavouring, yeast extract, seaweed powder (Ascophyllum nodosum).
