Whole sun-ripened red peppers are grilled and peeled, then sliced and mixed with spices and oil. The grilled, sliced peppers are packed in 1kg aluminium/plastic pouches, giving a higher drained product ratio than glass jars, in line with requirements for more environmentally friendly packaging.

Grilled red pepper (85%), sunflower oil (13%), salt, sugar, garlic, oregano, onion, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
