These semi-dried cherry tomatoes suit many parts of the kitchen, from salads and pizza to pasta and antipasti, and pair well with meat and fish. The tomatoes are oven-baked down to around 60% moisture, then packed with oil and spices and pasteurised in the bag to preserve their sweet tomato flavour.
